Solar home installation thought about, then we decided on new technology roof project.

Old roof 8 years old. Leaked last summer.

Bad experience handyman Bobby.

T4 landscaper Shane Black and coworking Burly [Robert Cain Duncan] hired at $50/hr to redo Bobby's work.

Old roof was tar paper, tar and gravel technology.

Possible leak?

Kenneth Koehl said that the current roof contains 3/3,500 pounds of rock!

Weight deflects roof at center. Bad.

New material is much lighter.
