Alternator core returned Friday September 5, 2014




Please give me verified printed copy of test results of above alternator.

Purchase proof of above alternator which is missing from Autozone computer records.
 

Clerk attempted to refund charge but
the computer would not allow this
he tested the alternator.

Autozone alternator is connected to
the computer!

Clerk performed test and, luckly, the
alternator was bad.

Autozone Coors employee Kelly
reported that the old battery took a
charge [see note below] so the
alternator was likely bad.

Autozone Candelaria employee with
mustache retested and reported
alternator bad.

Kelly recommended retest.
 

Please fix my Autozone account records to include above transaction.

Ask for removal of

Missing Autozone alternator records conversations: Tuesday September 2, 2014.. 

Conversation with Brian S: Wednesday September 3, 2014. 

Battery charge light illuminated after battery replaced.
   

Manager Louis tested alternator. Output at 16.7 V. Should be about 14.2 V.

The Mechanic alternator conversation: Tuesday September 2, 2014.

The Mechanic verified that the alternator output voltage was 16.7 V.

The Mechanic said that the battery was completely dead on Wednesday September 3, 2014


No one yet knows how to print a claim form in Albuquerque Autozones!

Autozone employees state that an alternator cannot be properly tested unless it has been
removed from the vehicle.

Removal of alternator from a Honda CR-V is very difficult.
