This is written in response to your communications of June 2014 addressed to various representatives of Morgan Stanley. In those communications, you expressed dissatisfaction with the service you received from Financial Advisor Randall Parish and his assistant. You questioned if a mailing from the Sunstone group was authentic. You also expressed dissatisfaction with the service your wife, Patricia Payne, received from Mr. Parish and his team when she inquired about her Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) for her Individual Retirement Account (IRA). The appropriate authorities within Morgan Stanley reviewed your concerns and I have expressed their conclusions in this letter. Thank you for your patience in awaiting our response.
Morgan Stanley strives to provide world-class service and we regret if you received anything less. We understand that you spoke with Mr. Parish on June 25. 2014, and that a check you requested for $1,000 was made available to be picked up that same day. An additional check for $21,000 was also issued to you on June 27, 2014. We apologize if you feel that Mr. Parrish or members of his team were not promptly responding to your phone calls.
The Sunstone Group, a Financial Advisor team of which Mr. Parish is a member, mailed a notice to you on June 17, 2014. That notification advised you of your account's impending transition to our Client Advisory Center, which is based in South Jordan, Utah. Your account officially transitioned to the Client Advisory Center on July 1,2014. The decision to move an account from a local branch to the Client Advisory Center is made at the discretion of local branch management following a careful review of the account-holder's investment requirements. The Financial Advisors at the Client Advisory Center provide many of the same services available at Morgan Stanley's local branches. Morgan Stanley reserves the right to assign accounts to a new office or Financial Advisor based upon a client's investment needs. As such, your account will remain at the Client Advisory Center. We regret any concern this transition has caused you.
While we respect your concerns about the account of Mrs. Payne, Morgan Stanley does not recognize you as an authorized agent for her account. Audacity appears to work as well as Wavepad for our mp3 and amr file editing.
On the Lenovo Widnows 7 G560 running xp. Windows 7 G560, not Windows 8 G580.
Wavepad uninstalled. Audacity/Lame appears to work okay with mp3 files.
amr audio file downloaded from Tracfone LG 840G using Bluetooth.
amr file converted to mp3 using Audacity with FFmpeg. Surf background sound.
Audacity uses a new instance of itself for a new file. Like new Microsoft Words.
Wavepad uses the old 'child' windows technology for a new file.
Wind turbine maintenance includes retorquing bolts, we learned at Sunday June 22, 2015 brunch.

MorganStanley Albuquerque financial advisor and his assistant would did not return
phone calls when my wife tried to inquire about her IRA required distribution.
MorganStanley employee Ms Bambi Greer caused this matter to be partially resolved starting June 24, 2014.
Receipt of June 17,2014 unsigned document seen at http://www.prosefights.org/morganstanley/morganstanley.htm#sunstone notified us that our accounts were going to be moved to Phoenix.

NCH software Wavepad apparently intentionally distorted audio quality on free download apparently trying to force users to buy expensive versions audio evidence suggests.
Free Wavepad download does not allow saving of modified files.

So let's let NCH software know that they may be impeding possible peaceful settlement of unfortunate matters..

intervened on Tuesday June 24, 2014 which resulted in Randall Parish phoning
Parish told Patty that he would give her a Phoenix phone number.
No phone number given to either Patty or Bill Payne.
Randall Parish phoned by bill shorltly after 08:00 on Wednesday June 25, 2014.
Parish was asked to have withdrawal check for $1,000 from joint account ready by 09:30.
