Broken windmills may give clue to future of wind turbines?

Trip began with study of broken Yrisarri windmill



to try to determine cause of failure.

1 Video.

Then trip to proceeded to Clines Corners, Encino, Willard, Mountainaire.

Lots of windmills similar and worse condition to



observed.

Frozen pipes and high winds can destroy windmills.

Aermotor tail appears to be broken. But windmill works.

Most windmills seen broken and not working.

Wind turbines contain electronics and software in addition to mechanical parts so worse performance expected?
