We feel that the taxpayers need to see how their money has been stolen by the crooked and incompetent members of legal profession who should have immediately settled once EEOC Phoenix office released the false, defaming, and libelous documents seen at http://www.prosefights.org/nmlegal/supremecourt/cvpa.htm#gallegos were given to Payne by Richard Gallegos. We feel that this FOIA request is timely since New Mexico second judicial district DA Kari Brandenburg is receiving an electronic version of our criminal complaint affidavits seen at http://www.prosefights.org/nmlegal/brandenburg/brandenburg.htm#complaint at about the same time as this submission to you. We ask that all fees be waived for the reason that the requested information pertains to federal funds used to try to legally protect Sandia employees Gosler, Folley, and yet unidentified individuals designated (b)(3) and (b)(6) caught breaking New Mexico criminal libel law and criminal provisions of the Privacy Act.
