Health aspects of salmon fishing trip.

Senior citizen b 06/11/1937 required to stand up from boat seat at least every 30 minutes.

Standing up got tougher and tougher by end of trip.

Crawling from boat to dock was one way.

John was on the dock. Bill standing in boat. John gave bill a hand to help him to the dock.

Front thigh muscles hurt on return to abq ... and still do a little.

However, bill climbed into



at part of the wall to left to harvest tomatoes.

It was lots easier than before salmon trip!

Tomatoes and onions traded for



Four pounds gained on salmon trip.

Salty resturant food likely responsible.

Lots four pounds.
