SD9VE is dangerous because

difficult to judge when safe off. And creep to discharge begins.

Target hit requires moving trigger to safe off before aligning gun on target. I've learned.

Index trigger, instead of middle, finger reverted to because of speed to get finger on trigger.

Several untended discharges at gun range with trigger finger method. :(
Clips loaded to 15/14 rounds. Worked great.

14? Couldn't get 15th in. :(
[Sorry about that. S&W and Apex's fault.]

More danger?

MSM liberal arts 'educated' writers previously controller the media. But maybe not now? :)
That awful power, the public opinion of a nation, is created in America by a horde of ignorant, self-complacent simpletons who failed at ditching and shoemaking and fetched up in journalism on their way to the poorhouse. -

SD9 VE trigger pivot pin removal/installation ALERT.

Thursday January 1, 2015, Sportsman's Warehouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
How did TG know about S&W tapered pins conversation 1.

Conversation 2.

Sportsman's Warehouse employee who sold me SD9 VE told me that the trigger pivot pin is tapered.

Retired Sandian too.
Schematics frequently do not reflect what is on a computer board, Sandia work experiences taught me.

Light tapping right to left on SD9 VE trigger pivot pin did not result in movement.

Tapped a little harder, then quit.

Misteak in Apex video?

Left slide lock lever side gentle tap resulted in pin movement.

Very grateful to hear about performance of Apex.

Wants to view my installation tutorial. Has copy of collage.
Figuring out what went wrong was a Sandia strong point.

Only about 1/2 the underground nuclear shots detonated on the first try, army neighbor who supervised short reported.
Although the United States did not ratify the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty, it honors the articles of the treaty, and underground testing of weapons ended as of 23 September 1992.
Sandians job was to fix.

Coworkers told me of their experience crawling through tunnerls to reach the weapon. Electrical problems usually.

Sandians and NSA employees are not very good at keeping their mouths shut.

Apex trigger slide lock SD9 VE installation tutorial.

SD/Sigma Kit install appears inaccurate for for my SD9VE.
Scott neglected to say REMOVE CLIP.
Problem 1. SD9 trigger pivot pin would not move when tapped with 1/8 roll pin punch [Item #93424] from right to left.

Pin removed easily from left to right with taps from plastic/rubber head hammer.

Problem 2. Slide lock lever initially installed incorrectly.

Fix included tapping trigger pivot pin from left to right just enough to remove slide lock lever.

But pin hung here and would not enter hole in slide lock level.

Problem solution video.

Reason for

Apex trigger nice but care required not to accidently fire.

Happened about three times.

SD9 trigger safety requires long pull before off.
No visual or audio warning when safety is off? :(

Almost inaudible click on further testing.

Place gun to ear, aiming upwards, and pull trigger. Listen for click. Unloaded, of course.

No click heard when pistol level or aimed downward.

Misjudgment results in accidental discharge.

SD9 VE trigger so bad with heavy pull that no attempt made to fire it before Apex installation.

Installation went fairly smoothly but took about four hours.

Apex trigger nice.

Testing

before installing trigger may have been a mistake in view of cycle/rack problem?

Trigger works well. But could trigger cause problem?

Clip appears to be forced out?

followed by 10 rounds with Galloway spring.

Won't rack. Sometimes dropping the clip without removing works to fix.

Other times not.

Example.

No rack or cycle video.

Galloway spring appears to reduce recoil. Appears not to cause cycling cycling problem.
