NSA seismic data authentication agorithm designed and documented by NSA cryptographer Ronald Benincasa.   Payne designed and implemented the V, F and R registers so that they are loaded by 8051 mode 0 synchronous serial from software. Then hardware takes over.   The classified feedback is loaded from software into the RAM so that the classified part of Benincasa's algorithm in in software. See the HC 4647N. Thus the hardware is not classified.
