Vacation June 6-18, 2013.

Sunday June 16, 2013 21:56

Started morning with excellent, if not best roll ever, at Cottage Bakery & Delicatessen in Long Beach, WA.

Then walked board walk

Next to Ocean Part. Then to Nacotta, WA to view oyster shells.

Headed to Astoria, OR but discovered Garlic Festival less than 1/4 mile south of Nacotta..

Don Perry Metal Art.

High tech credit card reader attached to mobile computer attracted our attention.

mobile phone magnetic card reader.

First serious patina project.

Patty saw

Sitting Bull, whose Indian name was Tatanka Iyotake, was born in the Grand River region of present-day South Dakota in approximately 1831.
His nickname was Hunkesi, meaning "Slow" because he never hurried and did everything with care.

Two dungeness crab cakes purchased.

Astoria next.

Trolley tows diesel generator for power video.
Trolley is going west.

On return it pushes it's electric generator.

Small wheels presumably used to orient generator car on track so it lessens derails.
